Can we supply our own alcohol?
Yes that’s no problem, we can take delivery and serve your own choice of drinks. We charge x for corkage.
Is linen hire, crockery and cutlery included?
Yes everything is included.

Sadly not. We take pride in our waiting team who work exclusively with us to deliver the most professional service.
Can we supply our own crockery?
Yes, talk to us about creating a certain look.
Can I contact you day to day to ask questions?
Absolutely, you’ll have email and phone contacts to get in touch whenever you need to.
Will I have one main point of contact?
Yes, you will always have one primary contact, but equally the wider team are on hand to help too.
Do you use agency staff?
Do you buy in any canapes or dishes?
No - everything is homemade in our kitchens by our team of chefs.
Where do you source your meat and fish from?
Local trusted suppliers that we’ve been using for many years. Please do ask for more details about specific dishes.
Can you advise on timings?
Definitely - we will provide a suggested running order for your venue which we can adapt with you to suit. You can also download an example running order here.
What if I change my mind?
That’s no problem at all, we don’t tie people into sticky contracts, so if you change your mind up to xx days before the event, that’s fine.
Will you tell me if my ideas won’t work?
Yes! We have a diplomatic way of helping you to create the most memorable occasion, combining your ideas with our expertise.
Will you tell my mother in law if their ideas won’t work?
Yes! We have an even more diplomatic way of handling this.
Do you have a food hygiene rating?
Yes - we have a 2016 5* rating and will always maintain this level.
