Hi, I’m James one of Elegant’s Catering Managers.  I joined the team when I was 15 and fell in love with the company and the job.  I have worked my way through the ranks and I’m still here 12 years later!  We are a winning team of young professional managers, talented chefs and dedicated waiting staff - all proud to say that they are a part of so many special occasions - days that people will never forget.  I think we are quite unique as far as catering companies go - many of our team have been with Elegant for 10 or 15 years and more and we get great job satisfaction every event.  It’s also really important to us that all of our waiting staff are employed locally and work with us exclusively.

How your event is managed

We bring  a special sense of pride and responsibility and a hard working attitude to our events.  Most importantly we all enjoy what we do. We work closely as a team, offering clear and detailed briefings for all functions.  Everyone who works at Elegant enjoys the friendly, reliable culture and our values.
